Hey everyone! Sorry for going away for awhile, but like I mentioned in the last post, I was feeling a bit “blah” upon arrival back to California… Short story short, I decided to embark on a journey immersed in the following: water fasting, intermittent fasting, juice/veggie fasting, etc. for the past few weeks…
How come?
Let’s just say I was eating a little too bad good “enjoyable” in Manila…
And so on…
Anyway, you get the idea…
I just needed a system “reboot”… The thing with fasting/cleansing is, though, when you get deep into it, you really just don’t want to do anything but sleep all day… It’s only been a few weeks, but I feel much better (in terms of overall inflammation reduction in the body)…
Still not quite myself, but I’ll try and get going again.
There’s a lot of things to discuss…
And I’m working on a lot of things right now that I’m hoping will better simplify my life moving forward…
