Serious Motivation for Buy and Hold Investors: Bigger Pockets Podcast #6

I’m a buy and hold investor. I got started in real estate investing in 2012 and currently own 4 rental properties. I also work a full-time job, which makes things a bit more challenging. Still, it’s entirely possible and very much worth doing.

With that said, when I was first starting out, I needed some serious guidance. I came across this awesome Bigger Pockets podcast earlier this year (around March timeframe) and wanted to share. For those who are interested in real estate investing, or just want some more motivational material, please check out this podcast when you have some free time. It’s a pretty funny episode as well…

Opportunity meets preparation! Even though the market dynamic has changed greatly this year, I still believe buy and hold can work for the long term investor. Check it out!

Josh,

You bet! BP’s a great resource and a real gem to the real estate investor. It’s even helped me organize some local meet-ups, which have helped me network with local investors.

Thanks for stopping by!
